Cyclone #Idai is expected to make landfall in Mozambique later this week -- potentially the strongest cyclone to do so in 20 years.

Current JTWC estimate is 90kt, but real-time satellite estimation is much stronger, about 105kt.
Beira, a city of 500,000 people, is in line for a direct hit from Cyclone #Idai.

Most of the city is only a few feet above sea level, and Idai’s storm surge could directly affect thousands.

This is a looming humanitarian catastrophe.

i) The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe printed 66%—i.e. the majority—of Zimbabwe's Money Supply (M2). Because of this fact, I argued that Zimbabwe already has "its own currency".
ii) The Reserve Bank of #Zimbabwe's money printing is responsible for Zimbabwe's inflation.

Training Tactics for being Bigger, Leaner, Stronger

-Im going to run through a bunch of things, in no particular order

Pay attention
1. For a more muscular and healthier back

-Perform a minimum of 15 working sets of rows a week
-train the back from EVERY functional angle
-be able to do 20 bodyweight rows
-train your low back directly
-deadlift heavy infrequently
2. For healthier and stronger shoulders

-train your upper back with high angle rows and wide grip rows
-train the posterior delts directly
-prioritize ROM and smooth movement over weight on all shoulder exercises
-train with higher volume and reps
