The biggest offset partner in Rafale deal is DRDO with ₹9,000 crore. Not Ambani. Rest ₹21,000 is split in three main manufacturers Thales ₹6,300 crore, Dassault ₹8,400 crore & Safran ₹6,300 crore. Offset for Thales is given to 12 Indian companies.

Offset for Dassault to 55 Indian companies. And offset for Safran to 22 Indian companies.Ambani's Reliance is one of these 89 companies, clocking only about 3% of the total i.e. around ₹900 crore.

Guess who else is there? Among the known ones, L&T, Mahindra, HCL, TCS, Cap Gemini India, Titan, Wipro & Godrej. To add a cherry to the cake, HAL is there too, via a JV (Joint Venture) with Safran.
