Things people say when they are accused of something ridiculous that they absolutely did not do: "Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my Presidency. I'm fucked."
For example, imagine if Barack Obama had said "Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my Presidency. I'm fucked" when questions about his birth certificate were raised. You can't imagine it, because that was not his response. Because he knew it wasn't true.
Or to make this more personal, imagine that your boss hires a private investigator to see if you're stealing from the company. Would you say "Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my career. I'm fucked" if you hadn't done anything wrong?
I mean, maybe Trump is just *that* paranoid and ignorant that he thinks "the deep state" or whatever was going to take him down despite his total innocence. If that's the case, then he's still unfit for office, because he's an idiot.
