For people asking: The reason May can bring her deal again despite Bercow's rule is that this time she is bringing forward the legislation, which hasn't been done before.
Previous attempts were just motions - straight yes-or-no to a basic question. This will be a bill enacting the deal.
Downside of course is that you have to publish the bill, which is when all the Brexiters will lose their shit.

It is likelier May will go soon than it was at the start of the week. But her continuing on past the summer is still underpriced.
Plenty of wiggle room in that Brady statement, even if less of it then before. There is still no formal system in place for getting a new leader.
It's also possible I have gone full Stockholm and can't imagine ever being free of her.

Brexit party candidates' rhetoric nearly always follows the same pattern. First, they pretend any criticism of them as individuals is a criticism of their voters. Then they pretend any critical view of Brexit, even by supporters of a deal, is a betrayal of Leave voters
They behave as if constantly offended by criticism, because it allows them to harness a betrayal narrative and masks the fact they have literally nothing else to say
Cowardice, mock-offence and hypocrisy. Nothing more. It's all they have to offer

Cheers guys this has been great and a really valuable use of time.
So to recap those Labour talks: They did fuck all. Then May offered a temporary customs union that would have last as long as her previous commitments to transition. Then they talked about customs unions that weren't customs unions. And then they stopped.

I made the argument for revocation a few weeks ago, on the back of the CJEU decision in Wightman, which makes it clear that the UK can unilaterally revoke A50, and remain in the EU. See: blogs.lse.ac.uk/brexit/2018/12… 2/
As Ken Clarke says, revocation comes into play if the WA is rejected in Parliament when the 'meaningful vote' occurs in the Commons (presumably in mid January). The EU has been clear that there will be no renegotiation. 3/
