Hello @factchecknet @baybarsorsek @dpfunke, your code of principles says that the members of the applicant org should not be members of any advocacy group. So how did you certify AltNews as compliant when their CEO’s Twitter bio shows that they violate your code? 
“Jan Sangharsh Manch” is a group which is ideologically against the ruling party in India. The founder of Jan Sangharsh Manch was associated with political parties. The CEO of AltNews is his son. So how did you find AltNews compliant with your code of principles?
“Comrade” Mukul Sinha, cofounder of Jan Sangharsh Manch, was also founder of a political party. He received rich tributes from communist parties in India. His son is the CEO of AltNews and by his own admission, a member of Jan Sangharsh Manch. @baybarsorsek @factchecknet
Jan Sangharsh Manch has organized political events. You can also see in the pics that it is associated with New Socialist Movement, which is a political party. So how does AltNews comply with your code, @factchecknet @baybarsorsek?
