Here's the official count: 19% of electors (well above the 10% required) signed the recall petition. Confirms hypothesis that the numbers willing to sign a recall petition correlates to the size of the majority at the last election.
North Antrim: 42% majority, 9.4% sign recall petition

Peterborough: 1.3% majority, 27.6% sign petition

Brecon and Radnorshire: 19.5% majority, 19% sign petition

Makes sense that the more people voted against the MP in the last election, the more will sign petition
Here's the results of the Brecon and Radnorshire votes since 1970. Several marginal results. I am told a chunk of Labour voters were moved out when the constituency boundaries were redrawn in 1983.
In the Welsh Assembly, this is a safe LibDems seat since 1999. I expect the "winning here" posters are ready to print.

I've seen referendum vote estimates of about 52% Leave (less than Peterborough).

Does anyone have an estimate of the European Parliament vote here?
