On the back of the dollar Bill, the eagle found in the seal has 32 feathers on the left wing and 33 on its right wing.

Launch Complex 33 was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1985. This is where captured V-2 rockets were launched under the leadership of Werner von Braun
Upon closer inspection, it looks like the eagle has a serpents eye, not an eagles...

With the printing technology they possess, there should be no issue accurately representing the shape of the eagles pupil.

Must be intentional?

It would seem the symbology seen in the 1st picture below (Triangle and circle/eye at the top) is resembles American symbology which might intersect at the esoteric levels ie Freemasonry / Thule Society
NASA Runway 33 at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. It has a heading of 330 deg., matching the angle of the coastline at Cape Canaveral. Perhaps they chose this spot because of the 330 degree bearing of the coast?
