Hey @anatel_oficial, estou há mais de 24h tentando entrar em contato com algum ser humano da @TIMBrasil e não consigo. Como devo proceder?
Já utilizei o app Meu Tim, já tentei por SMS, pelo *144 e *222, pelo site e pelo chat no app e nenhum operador humano me atende.
Já estou há mais de 24h sem meus dados, querendo renovar meu pacote e não consigo.

Preciso de orientação sobre como proceder.
