Nyoba bikin shihlin.
Sebentar aku buatin threadnya
Dada ayam dipotong tipis, kasih garam, merica, sama bawang putih bubuk, pake susu cair juga kalo mau ayamnya lebih moist dan lebih gurih. Marinasi 15 menit. Sementara itu kita bikin tepung kasarnya.
Tepung kasar: tapioka dikasih air biasa, secukupnya aja, sampai padet dan bisa dibikin tepung kasar. Kalo kebanyakan air entar gak bisa jadi tepung kasarnya malah jadi adonan. Jadi kasih airnya dikit2 aja. Abis itu disaring pake saringan kasar, terus disangrai. Ada pilihan lain:
Lebih baik dioven sampe bener2 berbulir, atau dijemur di bawah panas matahari. Kenapa harus digituin dulu? Biar tepungnya berbulir. Kalo gak diproses gitu dulu, entar tapiokanya ambyar balik jadi tepung biasa lagi dan gak berbulir.
Ribet ini bikin tepungnya. Yg bacot mending beli shihlin jadi aja hush hush sono jauh2 lu ke laut aje anda nyasar kalo sampe sini. Oiya uda sampe mana tadi ya?
KALO GAK MAU RIBET BELI TEPUNG KASARNYA BANYAK YG JUAL DI SYOFI, TOKODEPIA ATAU BULAKAPAK YES SEARCH AJA TEPUNG SHIHLIN YESSS, PALAGI KALO YG NIATNYA MAU JUALAN. LEBIH SIMPEL. MAAP NGEGAS KEBAWA SUASANA.
Lanjut lumurin ayam ke tepung bumbu yg udah dilarutin, terus masukin ke tepung kasarnya. Goreng deh pake minyak kayu putih sampe mateng. Jangan lupa taburin rasa sesuai selera.
Yang nanya pisau, silakan itu produk carbon steel handmade hasil tempa tangan @IFnubia tajem bingit jadi yg ngerti piso pasti paham yes kalo nyari piso baja harus ngontak siapa.
