كيف تعرف انك وصلت لمرحلة
الـ product market fit ؟

هناك عدة مؤشرات لكن هالمرحلة عادةً
تكون واضحة اذا حدثت هذه الامور الثلاثة
اولاً : عملائك الحاليين يتعرفون بشكل واضح على قيمة المنتج ويدركونها بشكل جيد.

Existing users recognize your product’s value
ثانياً: يبدؤون عملائك بأخبار الاخرين عن تجربتهم الرائعة مع منتجك.

They tell others about their great experience with the product.
ثالثاً: عندما يقوم عملائك بشراء منتجك بشكل سريع جداً لا يمكنك استيعابه.

If your customers buy your product faster than you can manufacture it
ايضاً هناك مؤشرات اخرى تستطيع الاستعانة بها مثل الـ Net promoter score

وعادةً يقال اذا كان 40% من عملائك او اكثر سيصبحون غاضبين في حال اختفاء منتجك تماماً فهذا دليل جيد على انك خلقت منتج لا يستغنى عنه.
if more than 40% of your customers would be very disappointed to see your product disappear from the market, there’s a good chance you’ve created a must-have item.
