Had to visit Aadhaar Centre to get mobile linked. Was given an appointment a month later -- for today. First sent back to get some form. Now told system down. Three visits later, still not done. Of course, NRC will go smoothly, as we've been assured.
Update: The man at the counter at this centre in Bandra West said the has just been informed that this facility has been suspended for two months. #NRCwillBeSmooth 
Further update. Aadhaar Centre, Collector’s Office, Bandra East. Tokens over for today. Line up before 10am tomorrow, expected wait two-three hours. #NRCwillBeSmooth
I've spent Rs 170 on autos and am fortunate that these centres are close enough for me. I can't imagine what it's like in places that aren't quite as well served as Bombay. End of rant (for today).
