This incident is going on between Las Virgenes Rd and Willow Glen St. It is being considered a medium brush fire. Trucks are on scene
Reports indicate the airframe is on fire but the fire is not spreading at this time.
Photos of the crash site. Aircraft has been confirmed to be a Sikorsky S-76E. No survivors in the crash.

@LBAirport It will be very interesting to see what the crash investigators find. I suspect a catastrophic engine failure. Witnesses on the ground reported "engine stuttering and an explosion" before the crash.
