Thread - My top testosterone boosting foods

Thanks again to those that voted, the winner was my top 10 #Testosterone boosting foods.

So lets crack on with the list!
Steak

Is a great source of cholesterol (the building block of testosterone) & saturated fats. It’s high in Zinc, it’s a source of B12, B6, B3, selenium, Omega 3, creatine, taurine & other antioxidants that help increase #testosterone production.

Oysters

They’re high extremely high in T boosting Zinc & a good source of other T boosting nutrients like magnesium, Selenium, Iron, B12 & vitamin D. Oysters are also high in D-Aspartic acid shown to increase testosterone & strength, a good source of protein as well! Image
Eggs

Are an excellent source of cholesterol & omega3. Multiple vitamins & minerals that are shown to increase #testosterone like D3, multiple B vitamins including B12 & selenium.

Make sure you have the whole eggs, as the yolk is the main source of nutrition. Image
Salmon

I’m not a big fan of salmon myself but I recognize its ability to boost #testosterone. It’s a rich source of Omega 3, a good source of magnesium, vitamin D, B12 & B6. It also lowers sex hormone binding globulin, meaning you have more free testosterone levels! Image
Brazil Nuts

This one may surprise people being on this list; but Brazil nuts are an excellent source of selenium. Essentially two provides your recommend daily amount. Selenium aids healthy thyroid function & is a powerful antioxidant. So important for T & wider hormone health! Image
Spinach

Spinach is high in testosterone boosting vitamins & minerals, including magnesium, zinc, Iron, vitamins B6 & B9 (folate). It’s also a source of indole 3 carbinol which removes excess estrogen. & vitamin C which lowers cortisol for high #Testosterone levels! Image
Tuna

Tuna is a great source of D3, better than most food sources! A typical single serving provides your recommended daily amount of vit D. Tuna is also a good source of inflammation reducing Omega 3 & iodine for improved thyroid health. Image
Lamb

Lamb is an excellent source of #testosterone boosting Vitamins B12 & B3. It’s a very good source of T boosting minerals, selenium, Zinc & magnesium. As an added bonus vitamin B3/ niacin also help increase human growth hormone. It’s a good alternative to beef! Image
Cacao

Cacao is the natural form of chocolate, I personally use cacao as a way to satiate my sweet tooth. It‘s a good source of trace minerals that boost #testosterone, including Magnesium, Zinc, Iron and antioxidants. Good option for those of you who like sweet foods! Image
Broccoli

Broccoli is a good source of multiple vitamins & minerals that are testosterone boosters.

This includes C & B6, zinc, selenium and Magnesium. Also a source of indole 3 carbinol, so removes the excess estrogen from the body. Image
