I am now very aware of door handles. I clean my hands. I touch the door handle. The cleaning is undone.
I occasionally try to leave the bathroom through the medium of expressionist dance - grabbing paper towels, using them to open the door, then keeping it open with my foot while I lean back into the bathroom and try to throw them away.
Basically it's been about a day of this and I think I might be becoming slightly neurotic.
The irony is that self-isolation is actually my preferred state.
