As of Mar 14 9PM, the PH has 111 confirmed cases - with 697 discharged PUIs, 72 pending results, and 8 deaths - of COVID-19. Now faced with a pandemic, this has been the govt response starting with the onset of the outbreak:

✅March 15:
- As of 12 midnight, the NCR-wide COMMUNITY QUARANTINE is now in full force. The guidelines are the following:

1. Classes in all levels are suspended until April 14, 2020; LGUs must ensure that students remain home
2. Non-essential gatherings are prohibited. Essential work-related/religious meetings may continue as long as social distancing is implemented.
3. Non-essential entry and exit of people to and from NCR will be restricted.
4. LGUs allowed access to disaster funds provided they have State of Calamity declared
5. Alternative working arrangements implemented in Executive branch. Frontline emergency/security services still full operation.
6. Flexible work arrangements encouraged for private sector.
7. Mass public transport (LRT, MRT, PNR) continue.
8. Land and domestic sea/air travel to and from NCR is restricted. NCR workers are exempted provided they present proof of employment.
9. Movement of cargo to and from NCR continue.
10. IATF will meet daily until further notice.
The resiliency of the Philippines and the Filipinos is once again tested with this outbreak. All the government asks is a little cooperation. In the end, it's for your own sake as well. Your politicking can wait when we're all safe.

✅Labor force participation increased to 64.6% in May from 63.2% in April 2021
✅1.5-M jobs created between April-May 2021
✅Govt continues to implement economic recovery package that amount to PHP2.7-T
✅Debt levels remain manageable:
- Interest payments (IP) to revenue ratio at 13.3% in 2020 (compared to 36.9% in 2004)
- IP to expenditure ratio improve to 9% in 2020

Oh what's that @iampinglacson? You want to be President but can't stomach getting debt? Well, listen up, you're not fit to be top dog if you're not willing to take out loans. PRRD spent the most on infrastructure and social welfare, then there's all the COVID expenses. (1)
Unless you're planning to cut down our much needed infra program which is already 30 yrs behind, and unless you're planning to cut down social welfare spending, our debt will still balloon, even with you as President. Your admin is now challenged to spend more than PRRD did. (2)
Each admin seeks to build an economy bigger than the one they inherited. As our economy grows, our capacity to take out loans also grows because of increased tax revenue. This means that the investments needed to continually keep our economy growing INCREASES every year. (3)

-WHAT ARE IRMs AND HOW ARE THEY COMPUTED?-
✅The IRM program allows Philhealth (PHIC) to send hospitals advanced cash aid to respond to unexpected events
✅Per PHIC Circular 2020-007: IRM computation is Ave. Reimbursement/Day from last year x No. of Days Covered
✅On 2018+2019, SPMC contributed on ave. PHP1.2-B/year income to PHIC, translated to PHP113-M/month, or PHP3.76-M/day.
✅Should PHIC cover 90 days, SPMC would get PHP339-M in IRMs -- close to the actual IRM of PHP326-M
✅Higher reimbursement to PHIC = Higher IRM
