The 6 tribes are suing Secretary of the Treasury Steve Mnuchin @stevenmnuchin1. They allege of his role in $8 billion #Coronavirus relief fund:

"The Secretary is required to disburse all $8,000,000,000 by April 26, 2020, and Plaintiffs’ injury is imminent."
