was put through to authorities to evacuate Mr. A but this wasn't done until 20th.
Mrs. B on realizing Mr. A tested positive, called authorities to request for a test & sample was taken on 18th April (today is 22nd). Result is yet to be released.

priority knowing that Mrs. B WORKS IN A HOSPITAL & has been going to work before Mr. A's result came back positive?
If Mrs. B's result returns as positive, can you quantify how many people she may have had contact with (including patients & colleagues at the hospital)?

So who is in charge of testing in each state? What is the estimated time of response for samples to be taken once symptoms are established? How long does it take before someone knows his/her status?

We can applaud all we want at aesthetics & beautiful facemasks but these are the pertinent & salient issues that need to be addressed.

can only be addressed by quick response to persons with symptoms, prompt release of results & immediate evacuation of patients that test positive to the virus.
Recruit more volunteers if need be.
Anything else is just an avalanche gathering momentum to consume us all.
