And he did so!

Yesterday, Judge Sullivan appointed an Amicus Curie to determine if LTG Flynn had a legal justification for committing perjury before the court. People automatically assumed it was a false allegation of perjury, but it was not! courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…

Per this order, the judge has already established that he believes LTG. Flynn committed perjury. Now he is asking Judge Gleeson to determine if there was a justification for the perjury before the court.
He is asking the Amicus to determine what forced the perjury.

On 1/29/20 @GenFlynn confessed to committing perjury in his filing with the court explaining why he wanted to withdraw his guilty plea. I will go through some of the details here.

Where did General Flynn commit perjury?

When he signed this guilty plea for lying to the FBI.

General Flynn signed this Statement of Offense under penalty of perjury in November of 2017. He confessed that this was perjury in January 2020!

This is the biggest issue, point 5 is confessing to committing perjury in point 4! He is confessing that he did not tell the truth to the court twice when he plead guilty of lying to agents of the FBI!

In Point 9 LTG Flynn again states that he did not lie to FBI agents, confessing that he lied to the judge & the court when he confessed to that crime.

The perjurous words General Flynn used were not his words but words his lawyers told him he had to say! They suborned perjury by telling Flynn what to say...

During the proffer before the guilty plea, the FBI agent even stopped Flynn in the middle of it concerned that someone was making the general "say-what-they-want". It wasn't the FBI or DOJ making him say it, it was his own lawyers from Covington & Burling!

Again we see @GenFlynn confirming that he is innocent of the crimes he plead guilty to! His own lawyers knew he was innocent & put words in his mouth, like "guilty"

Here is Flynn explaining who suborned that perjury, his lawyers knew he was innocent. He had them call the SCO & they provided exulpatory evidence that should have stopped the guilty plea. They then counseled Flynn to sign a false confession in the Statement of Offense: perjury!

Again confessing that it was perjury to plead guilty, but explaining the coercion being applied to him both by the SCO & his own attorneys.

Another admission that his guilty plea was perjury, and explaining how his lawyers who knew he was innocent convinced him to commit perjury & sign a guilty plea.

This side deal between SCO & Covington was also concealed from the judge. So they committed perjury by signing his guilty plea without revealing the side deal to the judge!

Flynn's attorneys also signed the Statement of Offense knowing that it was false!

Even after the guilty plea, Flynn kept telling his Covington attorneys that he was innocent & there was evidence of his innocence!

But his lawyers continued to insist that General Flynn not report the perjury in his false guilty plea!

Then we get to the second perjury offense, the December 18, 2018 sentencing hearing. In preparation, Flynn's lawyers told him to not admit that the first guilty plea was perjury!

Flynn was completely unprepared for the judge to question whether Flynn was guilty of the crime of lying to the FBI, the judge suspected Flynn perjured himself in the guilty plea & wondered what other crime he was trying to escape from by pleading guilty...

Preparing for that hearing, Flynn's lawyers at Covington again advised him to commit perjury to the court to ensure that this plea deal be approved. I imagine the lawyers were very shocked that the judge knew Flynn wasn't guilty!

Again General Flynn confesses to perjury by confessing to a crime he did not commit.

He points to the threats from the SCO & being mislead by his own attorneys as causing him to commit his crime!

So we have it by General Flynn's own hand & testimony. He confessed that his guilty plea was perjury! And he explained what forced him to commit that crime!

Now the judge has appointed an Amicus to determine if his reasons for pleading guilty were sufficient to justify it!

Judge Sullivan has no choice but to clear General Flynn of the crime of perjury before he vacates this case!

He can't just dismiss the case while General Flynn has admitted to perjury in his initial guilty plea.

Or the General is not exonerated of a crime he confessed to!
