#UPDATE: Officials identify driver as Bogdan Vechirko; he was treated for non-life threatening injuries after he was pulled out of truck & attacked by protesters. Vechirko is now in the Hennepin County Jail; no protesters were seriously hurt. 
#UPDATE: Incident on I-35W may have been an accident; driver immediately tried to slow down when protesters came into view; he broke no barriers & road to the bridge wasn't cut off prior to incident; around a dozen protesters are said to have come to his aid.
