Don't think for a moment this isn't a profoundly dangerous move. Like Putin, Orban has imperialist ambitions 👇. Hungary has unlawfully been distributing passports in Ukraine for some time in the region that they consider part of the "Carpathian Basin".
This move also creates an extraordinarily dangerous precedent which paves the way for federalization of Ukraine because Russia will certainly grasp such a tool to advance its cause for "Russian districts" in other parts of Ukraine. Zelensky knows this.
