Chairman, Empowered Group-10 said stipulated redressal time on #COVID19 public grievances was brought down from 60 to 3 days to prioritize quick disposal.

From March 30-June 24, 93.84% of 77,307 grievances received for centre & 63.11% of 53,130 grievances for states disposed off

Nationwide Data Integration Effort has been made !

States have been enthusiastic about using #ITIHAS & #aarogyasetuapp for contact tracing & prediction of potential hotspot areas as part of #COVID19 containment strategy.

Local apps have been integrated with these two.
