In sum: LE is likely using new munitions, ramping up efforts to discredit us to justify going after protective items/supplies, escalating late for raids/targeted arrests, fighting press restraints by questioning legitimacy, & overall, amping up an effort to control the narrative.
They're discouraging participation w/ brutality/fear {snatch vans, head shots, new gas(?)}, banning it via release agreements, *escalating later to encourage the influx of people to lose interest, denying safety resources, discouraging streams, & deliberately targeting press.

TL;DR: feds & PPB are aggressively responding to our changes by making protesting more dangerous overall, combatting the shift in narrative, countering our strengths, & exploiting our weaknesses. Understand their strategy & combat it but still focus on showing up for Black lives.
