@ENMAX I am very disappointed in you. To think you say you are here to help only to direct the people that come to you for help to your community partners...
...community partners mind you that are already swamped with requests for assistance and such only to be told “sorry we can’t help you, have you tried looking for work or asking your friends or family for a short term loan to pay your past due balance?”
“We understand this may be a difficult time for you but if you reach out to one of our community partners (insert link here 😬) you should be able to get or find the help you need.”
Or I could publish some actual chats between agents and people that have tried to get help with paying their bills only to be referred to yet another agency or told to jump through yet another hoop before they might possibly be able to get any sort of help.
Ooooo and if your lucky you will be told that a senior level customer care agent will call you to discuss your situation only to never get that phone call...
