Pakistan is the epicenter of terrorism in the world, and, as described by the US Country Report on Terrorism, it is a ‘terrorist safe haven’ with not just funds & support but also full security to global terrorists.(2/16)
Other than US, UK, France, Pakistan has been using terrorism as a tool to destabilize Iran, Afghanistan & most of all, its closest neighbor India. Pakistan’s war against India goes back to 1947 when it was carved out on a religious basis.(3/16) 
Pakistan’s first act of terrorism was carried out immediately on Jammu & Kashmir after its freedom and was led by Pakistan’s Army who aided Kabbali terrorists to attack Kashmir in 1947, as a consequence of which 1/3rd of the state was occupied by Pakistan.(4/16)
It laid a system of Pakistani Army leading terrorism export into Kashmir which became the number 1 agenda of Pakistan to weaken India. Later it was joined by Pakistan’s in-house terrorist agency ISI.(5/16)
Under Military leaders like Zia Ul Haq, Pakistan’s terrorism in Kashmir (& Punjab) was officially adopted as a military doctrine to ‘Bleed India by a Thousand Cuts’ and in 1977, when multiple wars on India in Kashmir failed, they began organizing Terrorists.(6/16)
In 1970s, Pakistan Army & ISI provided financial & logistics support to float first terrorist organization by kashmiris called Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front. JKLF carried out several terrorist attacks, shooting Indian Diplomat Ravindra Mhatre in Birmingham in 1984.(7/16)
After being expelled for terrorism from UK, JKLF founders were hosted by Pakistan Government & Army where they started luring Kashmiri youth to Pakistan for arms training before sending them back to carry out terrorist activities. (8/16)
Under Pakistan’s patronage, Islamist extremism seeped into JKLF as they trained other Jihadi groups alongside and soon targeted Kashmir’s minorities, aboriginal inhabitants, liberal women and the secular fabric of Kashmir in general. (9/16)
According to one of the JKLF’s founding members Hashim Qureshi, Islamic Terrorism in Kashmir was Pakistan’s agenda from Day One and was carried out through various Pakistan-based terror groups like Hizbul Mujahideen, Lashkar e Toiba. (10/16)
Hizbul Mujahideen was founded in 1990 by terrorists trained by Pakistan and remains active in Kashmir, its terrorists attacking Indian Army as well as Local Kashmiris. Banned in India, UK & US, it is STILL LEGAL in Pakistan (no surprise there).(11/16)
Pakistan didn’t just stop at a couple of terrorist organizations massacring Kashmiris but also sponsored Lashkar-e-Taiba that has been banned in most countries and is responsible for deadly attacks on Indian Parliament, Mumbai & lately in Pulwama.(12/16)
In 2000, ISI created Jaish-e-Mohammad, an openly Jihadi terrorist group that states its aim as liberation & capture of Kashmir & then entire India through violent Jihad. Viewed as one of deadliest Mujhaideen organizations, it is banned by most countries.(13/16)
Apart from these, many splinter groups have operated in J&K with support from Pakistan which includes Harkat ul Mujahideen, Allah Tiger, Harkat ul Jihad e Islami, Al Badr & lately, ISIS. These groups have a single purpose of destabilizing Kashmir.(14/16)
Inspite of evidence globally, and lately with Pakistan’s own minister admitting in national assembly of how Pakistani army is supporting terrorists in India’s Kashmir, Pakistan refuses to curb this deadly menace.(15/16)
