We posted this #thread on #vaccines and #COVID19 early last month. And no we are worried. Fucking @SteveFDA and the other 🍆🌮’s have decided to fast track the first to the line with any “good” data.
We just announced a 3rd vaccine launched into stage 3 trials. That’s another 30,000 participants needed to get us reliable data. That brings us up to 90,000 ppl needed to be enrolled in the trials!
The first two trials are only at ~1/2 enrolment and have just started the second round of vaccination. This round is staggered based off of program entrance so, we don’t and will not have a huge data set by October/November.
Yet the FDA has basically said the they will EUA something by then.

Without a full data set, we cannot recommend a vaccine. At the moment, we cannot even trust our leadership to put science and your personal health first.

First I’m going to add a few more things to your need list to make this happen:

Wax paper
Distilled water

If easily gotten, Rubbing Alochol.
(This is not a need and will make no difference in the outcome, it’s just for cleaning your tools)
Step 1: Gather all of your items and clean them. If you have Rubbing Alcohol, rinse all your tools with the alcohol (except the Wax Paper) and let them dry.

I’ve been seeing a lot of “The Pandemic is ending” pieces of late. They all have 1 thing in common, they are opinion pieces. As such, I thought I would put my 2 cents in there as well, I’m not a reporter compiling sources and parroting what they say into “news”. 🧵#Thread
The pandemic is no where near being over. It’s merely evolved into 3 distinct groups (experiences). Group 1- The vaccinated. Group 2- The partially/ under vaxxed but no longer give a fuck and Group 3- The Un-vaccinated.

Let’s talk about each group/ experience.
Group- 1: The fully Vaxxed. This is ppl like me. I am restarting my life and I am very comfortable with where we are in this.

New variant wise the risk is now low, most (more dangerous) variants are generated when the virus meets a new gene pool (population).
