Ezekiel-Walker Olajumoke is the founder of NGsnails, a snail hub that is involved in the production, processing and packaging of healthy, organic, Giant African Land snails.

Ezekiel-Walker is an agricultural strategist with vast experience in research, agro-processing, quality control, operations management as well as innovative farming advocacy.

He has a degree in Molecular Biology & Genetics from the @UnilagNigeria; a Certificate in Enterprise Management from the @EDC4SME; & Certificate in Agro Processing & Post-Harvest Loss Management. He is an alumnus of @FATEFoundation & a @YALI fellow.

Ezekiel-Walker established the Snail Hub Afrique Network, an institute that aims to provide practical training and support for youths, women, micro farmers, key players, etc, along the #agriculture value chain but with more emphasis on Snail Farming.

He strongly believes that the population of over 200 million Nigerians can't just be fed by the two (meat & fish) predominant animal protein sources. Therefore, more has to be done in the breeding & extensive research on snail production in West Africa.
