The very next day, Swamy accepted ASG Arun Jaitley's resignation from the SIT which included Bhure Lal, JS at PMO & K. Madhavan, CBI Joint Director

KTS Tulsi was government's counsel as ASG under @Swamy39 & representing CBI against the Bofors case started fighting the case against CBI's interests.

K Madhavan, the CBI officer, risked his job to stop KTS Tulsi from the conceding Bofors case in favor of fraudsters.

Madhavan wanted to withdraw KTS Tulsi, who had gone into a 'self-destructive & suicidal' mode

@Swamy39 kept defending Tulsi, who was aiding to scuttle the Bofors investigation & instead accused Madhavan of acting "in a highly irresponsible manner"

On several occasions, Swamy has regarded KTS Tulsi as "India's greatest lawyer", a "man of integrity" & his friend

Now the question is, why @Swamy39's friend & an ASG in his Law ministry fought to bury the Bofors investigation?
