2020 primary we saw the goalposts moved for the debate threshold almost immediately when Rep. @TulsiGabbard qualified for (I think it was) the third debate. Another moment had @AndrewYang nearly qualify. The DNC said they couldn't just change the rules for one candidate,... 7/10
