More about our host, Teala Beisher! She works with thought partners through product onboarding, strategic coaching, and these #TeMasterClass & Getting Started virtual events. #TeVE#TeVirtualEvents
Here is what she will be teaching us over the next 30 minutes! #TeVirtualEvents
Culture exchange? Check in with everyone but you want to know team level? Participant groups are the teams. Student exchange - more value for elementary onlY perhaps. Participants 0 the starring and rating is more relatable to them. #TeVE#TeMasterClass
Trends for the exchange AND you can segment and toggle to look at the results & data from specific participants groups. They are the ability to set up different segments in the conversation. More value to participants also!
It is still ONE exchange, you still use ONE question for all participant groups. Do questions read the same way to all of your groups? Ex: Distance learning exchange. Not specific to teaching, you would ask how is the experience to you rather than how is your teaching experience.
Yes, you CAN still use survey questions (which break apart demographics) ALL survey questions are the same for everyone. Make sure all groups are able to answer. REMEMBER once the exchange is live you can’t add participant groups. Always think of these before you launch. #TeVE
Now Teala is showing us her usual tips and tricks of how quickly anyone can set up an exchange 🔥. It takes mere minutes to launch. Teala has such valuable advice and so many relevant examples that can inspire (and save you time)! #TeVirtualEvents#TeMasterClass
Ability to narrow in to specific groups - Thoughts view - which thoughts were most important for each participant group? You can name those participant groups and toggle between them and create reports from the Discover Dashboard. #TeVE
Strategic action - you want to know what each group wants - that was your themes are more powerful! Lots of ability to take this data and take action. Direct action planning from this is a very strong tool. Next up - Heat maps! 🔥
Heat maps are a comparative analysis tool to help you with this data. You can get as granular as you want with the help of participant groups and Heat maps. #TeVirtualEvents#TeVE
Teala ran an exchange (in less than 4 minutes) for our participants to ask questions and here is our top thought! #Crowdsourcing is amazing and our platform makes it quick and collaborative even when working remotely. #BringPeopleTogether#TeVE
That's a wrap! Thank you to everyone who joined us for a #TeMasterClass to help you make the most of each and everyone of your exchanges 🚀. A master class is 30 minutes well spent! Stay tuned for the replay. #BringPeopleTogether#TeVirtualEvents#TeVE

How do you win – and continue to win – in the midst of #disruption? The traditional tools and strategies aren't working. We need to take a new path in #salesenablement and #revenue.
Are you planning your #sko or did you already run your annual #saleskickoff? 2021 is all about tackling the challenges 2020 brought to the forefront.
Starting with an exercise to see where we are all coming from. Not geographically, but measuring our white privilege through a series of questions. We are all coming to this conversation from different places, we recognize and embrace this. #BringPeopleTogether#TeVE
@EquitySupt1 reminds us that Feb. is set aside for #BlackHistoryMonth. Learnings that have come from Martin Luther King for Dennis - racial metamorphosis. White allies for MLK? He found them amongst other clergy. He called on them to be a part of his work. #BringPeopleTogether
@KafrissenKai starts us off with a group activity to recognize our White Privilege. Kai acknowledges that she is showing up today in her own way, and leaning into these conversations as best she can. How are you showing up today? #BringPeopleTogether#TeVirtualEvents
@EquitySupt1 reminds us why we are bringing people together for this work. 90% of school district leaders in the US are white. 90% also stated that the work of #DEI is important but only 20% believe that they are equipped with the skills and talent to lead this work! #Equity
@KafrissenKai opens with a heartfelt welcome. In this work we are supporting each other! We (@thoughtxchng) are learning & growing (with you). We are committed to showing up at co-conspirators, we won't let "perfection" immobile us in starting this important work! #Equity 💜
We're LIVE with Dr. Devon Horton, @EquitySupt1 & @KafrissenKai to learn about how to establish working definitions on the equity journey. Follow along in this thread ⤵️ and by using #TeVirtualEvents and #TeVE.
We are thrilled to see over 100 people making this virtual event a priority! Think of this #TeVE as a prerequisite to your #equity conversations. We will look at how to establish definitions, gain consensus to avoid triggering participants, & lead productive conversations. #DEI
@KafrissenKai - We are stronger together! What is Kai seeing with our customers around #DEI? Leaders are making this an ongoing conversation! Shared definitions are helping to avoid different meanings for different people to facilitate our learning. #BringPeopleTogether
