(1) Our opponents are exploiting the young age of 16 year old Claudia Conway because no bar is too low for them when it comes to politics these days.
The Conway family is affected by domestic abuse at the hands of George Conway.
Hear me out...
(2) The term "domestic abuse" includes psychological, emotional, & spiritual abuse.
I've survived all three, & law enforcement including these forms in their definition was a big help to me.
Kellyanne Conway is a devout Catholic, trying to keep her family together.
(3) I have a lot of regard for Kellyanne Conway, so I've understood what she's trying to do & have never said divorce would be preferable. At this point, her personal dilemma has reached breaking point, bc her kids are being used.
(4) She can't ask her husband to address it, bc she knows he won't, & she can't ask her daughter to address it, for the same reason & bc the public disclosures would just increase further.
As always she has to do what is best for her minor children.
(5) I have no idea whether seeking court orders to protect the other kids would be viable or advisable. She's now caught between a rock & a hard place, & as a survivor, watching this nightmare unfold saddens me.
We can learn from it, though.
(6) Whether you like or dislike Dr Phil, he came up with a great slogan in his work against domestic violence:
He's interviewed women maimed by their abuser, and people bereaved by the murder of their loved one.
(7) IMO if everyone out there had the same view of domestic abuse that I have, they'd ignore the private information this 16 year old and her father George Conway have released over the years. Because cheering them on just harms the younger kids, and the whole family, really.
(8) Much of what this child has said publicly about her family and the President is unverifiable and likely untrue.
In a perfect world, her father would be appalled that his own child is doing this and he'd co-operate with his wife to resolve the issue with dignity & skill.
(8) I can reach no other conclusion, from all the evidence, that he has been psychologically abusing his wife and now, as it always does, the effect on the children has become clear.
As the public we should not encourage the child's behavior.
(9) Domestic abuse knows no color, gender, income level, or social status.
In some ways, it's even harder to address when you have social status and high income. Many don't believe the victims/survivors. Often, the abuser uses these things as part of the abuse.
(10) What can I say to young men and women considering marriage and kids?
Choose wisely.
If you realize you made a mistake, get out. Learn from it.
Educate yourself, be aware, & always put #SafetyFirst.
(11) Addendum: Now Twitter is repeating the content of this child's tweets.
If I were in-house counsel, I'd advise them not to do this. But I doubt they'd hire anyone that sensible.
My advice would be based on child & family law, not anything to do with politics.

(2) When he said those words I had to re-listen a few times to be sure of what he meant. No doubt, our opponents will exploit the ambiguity.
He means: I had the option of hiding away, or moving to my offices here, and I moved here because (many reasons, including:)
(3) That his decisions are always based on what is best for the USA and the world. Those two audiences could really do with an optimism boost right now.
Think about the character of the Chinese regime, and want they wanted out of this pandemic. (Whether LIHOP or planned.)
(1) In one of the photos from today Trump looks rather overweight, and he doesn't normally look that way. Recent photos of him from a range of events showed him looking fairly normal, or at best, only slightly overweight.
I think he slouched on purpose.
(2) As someone who is a bit overweight, I've studied this issue closely in relation to covid.
The very-overweight (which Trump has never been) are at high risk of complications and death from covid.
I think he deliberately slouched, to bait the haters.
(3) Those of us who engage our brain before speaking, know that Trump is at low risk of death from covid because his symptoms are very mild, he is remarkably fit for his age, and he has the best medical care in the world.
The left are competing to be the most vile about him.
(1) If you understand why abortion supporters view a young baby as "just a clump of cells" then you don't use that argument.
They are utterly convinced that the only person who should have a say in the matter is the pregnant woman.
So it's better to use other approaches.
(2) I speak from experience, as someone who only became pro-life in 2016.
I know all the beliefs used as assertions by the "pro-choice" movement.
Distil it down: It's a fight between the fetus and the woman.
(3) I now believe that a fetus should have the same right to life that a pregnant woman has. In almost every case, she had a choice to have sex or not. The fetus had no choice.
If we allow for abortion in cases of rape, it will just be abused by others. That creates more pain.
#Wilfred will likely be the name of the storm currently brewing in the Gulf. NHC says it will move NNE, which is bad news for the US Gulf coast.
#Alpha will probably be the name of the orange storm below. Future track uncertain.
(2) Post tropical storm #Sally still has a few more days of heavy rain for the Carolinas, Virginia and maybe other states. Flooding in AL and FL will take a while to go away. Please keep these & #Laura folk in your prayers, and donate if you can.
(3) Weatherfolk and Democrats are trying to talk up the danger from an above-average hurricane season but always do your own fact checking, esp. when someone is trying to provoke fear.
Most recent Atlantic storms were never a threat to the US. Numbers tell only half the story.
