100 to 150 protesters marched from King Park to North precinct. Dozens of PPB SUVs in precinct parking lot, LRAD circling and crowd currently stopped on Killingworth.

Another group marched to Newly elected Commissioner DanRyan house. They just had a 45 minute discussion telling Ryan to vote for $18M cut to Portland Police tomorrow. The Portland Police were texting Ryan and asking if they could come clear protesters. Ryan told police no.
I want to note, we don't meet demands of elected officials, they meet our demands. That includes his demand to not be recorded when community makes demand that police be defunded further. This vote will set the tone for the rest of Dan Ryan's term. #DefundThePolice
Another thing that disturbed me was when a few invalidated Ryan, when he said social distancing should be respected because of being HIV positive. Do better people, 230M+ are dead in U.S. because of #COVIDー19
