@JoAnnPDX says the budget is a moral document, the police have largest budget, leaving other social ills and that police should not be the ones addressing many of them. We can't arrest our way out of these problems

Portland city attorney addressing increased workload because of protest related lawsuits. Risk hours up 53% and overtime 3x what they were. Seemingly complains about attornetmy stress, keep in mind every abusive cop that kept their job was with the help of city attorneys office.

City Council postponed vote to cut $18M on Nov 5th. But the whole city is gonna be on fire then and noone will be able to safely walk the streets without seeing graffiti on the other side of town. #DefundThePolice
