I am appalled by the cruel murder of three citizens of #France &denounce the killing of innocent people under the name of Islam.This only damages Islam as a religion of peace, compassion &emancipation.The only antidote is a tolerant &democratic Islam as a cultural &social answer.
Murder of innocent ppl, #terrorism &hostage-taking under the banner of Islam for political ends &to suppress opponents have become a global dilemma with the criminal calls&fatwas of Khomeini &Khamenei in #Iran. The mullahs’ doctrinaires formulated this as “a new form of power.”
Only the overthrow of the clerical regime, as the central banker of religious fundamentalism and export and expansion of #terrorism , will bring an historical end to this cycle of terror and violence in our time.
Genuine Islam and Muslims must be differentiated from religious fascism and fundamentalism. Insulting the former would only reinforce the latter. #NiceAttack
