Let Freedom Ring...Or Not?

Please watch the 3 1/2 minute video below, currently banned by Facebook. I don't know the number of Trump Democrats, or the real break among the Independents. I do know that they should all see this simple video.

2) What great misconception could have struck at the soul of America that we tolerate this? Can you imagine those who rebelled over a stamp tax and how they'd respond to suppression of voice? Consider, for a moment, why the 1st amendment is that, the 1st one.

3) "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

4) It is a technical thing, and very complex. But I encourage you to read it for yourself. It's name is very telling:

5) My great friends and teachers, @shestokas and @TPCLJ should weigh in with their own readings if they can. I will offer my own layman's reading right now. There is a section in the law called "Definitions." The law fails to define the single most important term: Offensive.

6) I don't know who the right entity with proper standing to bring such a suit might be, but some entity ought to sue Facebook over its censorship with a specific focus on the 1st amendment, and should raise the issue of the failure to define the term "Offensive."

7) I do not know the legal niceties. What I do know is that this law, 47 U.S. Code § 230, should be struck down as inimical to the right of free speech. Facebook banning this video is a blatant consequence. As I read it, they are empowered by 230 to declare this video offensive.

8) And what does that tell you about America today, that this video might be considered offensive by anyone? They reveal the darkness of their dark purpose thereby. If you can't celebrate American heroes, you are anti-patriotic. This is fine for any person. Free speech.

9) It is NOT fine for a communications platform which should be 100% neutral politically. It is anti-patriotic to breach the right of free speech. No communications platform should be granted such power. This is a critically important point. We must parse it a bit.

10) I, myself, was once absolutely anti-patriotic. I was ashamed of my country and refused to be bound by the idea and ideals of loyalty to nation. I opposed American policy and bore the burden of our many sins as a nation within my soul.

11) Back then, it never occurred to me how great this nation is, that it protected my right of free speech even to the point where I might express my anti-patriotism without fear of consequence or censure. Only a truly great nation could pull that off.

12) I can assure you, even then, I would NEVER have been okay with the censorship of the video above. Censorship. Delve there with me. Have you read George Orwell's 1984, published in 1948? The institution of censorship in his book was called The Ministry Of Truth.

13) Here is the New York Post story that both Facebook and Twitter banned.

I believe there's no chance that Biden will win. If he does, this banning may be one of the most important aspects of aid and succor. They banned this story. Imagine that.

14) And follow me on the logic. The media - absolutely to include FOX - continues to name this story about Hunter's emails. That is NOT the story. The story is about Joe Biden's established lies and corruption.

15) Perhaps more out of habit than anything,
@KateScopelliti, Anthony, and I watched the Chris Wallace show yesterday. I find it simply stunning that the name Tony Bobulinski was never mentioned, not even one time. Something tells me Tucker won't be at Chris' next party.

16) If you've followed me, you know I have hopes and aspirations. When I watch FOX, I see all the analysts who can't hold my candlesticks. I'd love to be on FOX and share truths that no one else might. I have that confidence. But, I said to Kate yesterday, I'd need a qualifier.

17) If I were going to be on FOX, they'd have to agree to allow me to attack their polls. Their polls are just about as bad as any in the business. I ask that you guys all hold me to that pledge. Even if FOX offers me a slot, it must be conditioned on 100% honesty. Remind me.

18) The most recent FOX poll, the one giving what was it?, a 56% trust factor in Biden's character, and trust the Biden is not corrupt whereas distrust in Trump's character and belief that he IS corrupt? You have to be kidding. I do NOT buy that poll for one minute.

19) There is another side to this story. @KateScopelliti is doing yeoman's work documenting it in her Twitter work. I'm going to linger on this point, and really explain it. While I do, head over and follow her. She's the greatest patriot in America. Truly.

20) Kate's great skill and ability is to find beauty. She naturally responds to the most beautiful videos, music, and tweets that support America's destiny. Here's an example of her sensitivity. She's the one who taught me to refer to America as Her, not her.

21) What does that mean, America as Her? America is a she. She is our mother. We are Her children. When @realDonaldTrump declares his will to Make America Great Again, it is Her whom he serves. She has been downtrodden. She has been forgotten.

23) In humbled awe, I must repeat his specific statement about our book: "The MAGA Manifesto was the best book ever written about the Trump MAGA movement...but it on amazon!!" Why the "but"? Because Joe is rightly saying that Amazon slow walked our book.

24) It's not just Amazon. Our book was featured, for about a nano second, on CNN. The only person they interviewed was someone who called @GenFlynn's introduction out as self-serving. They completely missed the entire import of our work. 100% missed.

26) Beginning tomorrow, I'm going to share the 10 planks of the MAGA Platform that Kate and I analyzed from following @realDonaldTrump's work in 2016. We've been tempted to update our book, but have found that it simply stands as we published it.

27) Should we win, as I 100% believe we will, it will be on us, the MAGA Movement, to serve and support all that Trump must do in his final term. Should we lose - we won't - the very question of MAGA will take on a new power. In either case, I hope you'll find our book of aid.

29) Funny thing. The way to win the future is both a return to the past AND a dedicated mission forward, stronger than ever before.

30) America is great, always has been. But She has been sleeping, we must admit. The 2016 election of @realDonaldTrump resulted from our awakening that year. 2020's massive Trump victory will show how very awake we have become. Let's go show the world. Right?
