Here is the #ElectionDay thread that has everything you need to know to vote on Tuesday. HarrisVotes.com #HarrisVotes #VoteYOURWay #hounews
Voters can vote at ANY of our more than 800 Voting Centers, which can be found along with their wait times at HarrisVotes.com/Locations. You'd be surprised how many people still don't know this! #HarrisVotes #VoteYOURWay
You only need one form of ID to vote. Your driver’s license works just fine (and it can be up to four years expired), but there are other options. See our website for ID requirements: harrisvotes.com/VotingInfo?lan… #HarrisVotes
Thanks to @METROHouston for offering free rides to and from polling locations on Election Day. Visit RideMetro.com/Vote. #HarrisVotes
If you have a Vote by Mail ballot, you can drop it off at @NRGPark or any of our County Clerk annexes. You must present your ID and a signature. You cannot deliver a ballot for someone else. #HarrisVotes
You can track your Vote by Mail ballot at HarrisVotes.com/Tracking. #HarrisVotes
If you applied for a Vote by Mail ballot but wish to vote in-person, you will be voting via a provisional ballot. It will be counted once we have confirmed that we did not receive your mail ballot. #HarrisVotes
Each of our hundreds of Election Day locations has a Curbside Voting option for people with disabilities or those with limited mobility. See how that works here: #HarrisVotes
It is vital that we protect everyone’s health while voting, which is why we have implemented a rigorous sanitation and PPE plan for our election workers. We offer voters a sanitizing wipe and a finger cover as an additional safety precaution. #HarrisVotes
Straight-ticket/straight-party voting is no longer an option for voters. Your ballot will have 50+ races on it. Prepare to vote all the way down the ballot, which may take a few minutes. #HarrisVotes
We recommend printing out your sample ballot to research races and mark who you plan to vote for. You can take it with you into the voting booth. You cannot use your phone. HarrisVotes.com/SampleBallots #HarrisVotes
Voter intimidation is not allowed inside or outside Voting Centers. If you have concerns, raise them with the officials at the Voting Center or call our Voter Helpline at 713-775-6965. If law enforcement is needed immediately, call 713-755-7628. #HarrisVotes
Voters are not permitted to wear clothing or masks that promote a candidate on the ballot. #HarrisVotes
Here's what you need to know about poll watchers. They must wear identification and are not allowed to speak to or record voters. #HarrisVotes
Please please please let us see your smiling #IVoted faces tomorrow so we can share them with the world! #HarrisVotes
And since we've been woefully light on GIFs today, here's the California Raisins.

Drive-thru voting is a safe, secure, and convenient way to vote. Texas Election Code allows it, and the Secretary of State approved it.

Here are a few other things to know about Drive Thru Voting (a 🧵)
Voter suppression is intense, but Drive Thru Voting is actually in tents.

Drive Thru Voting creates a different “structure” for a polling location. The tents are similar to stadiums, community centers, and other places that are typically used for voting centers.
You can also get an idea of how Drive Thru Voting works from this video:

Today is the final day that voters can vote via limited ballot. That can only be done @nrgpark and in person. Limited ballots are for voters who recently moved to Harris County from another Texas county but haven't yet updated their voter registration. Image

We’re calling this 24-Hour Voting, though, yes, it is technically 36 straight hours of voting at these eight locations. The point is that these locations will be open overnight to serve shift workers. #HarrisVotes
