plus numerous insulting changes to working conditions that were only proposed to cause dissention in the ranks and to compel anger toward the union.
Pure and simple this is an attempt to break the union because the current NLRB is solidly in their corner.

This administration is attacking workers and every turn and companies like @Navistar are going to take advantage of the current opportunity to attack their workers now while the current administration is in power.
