A week ago, Harrisburg PA lawyer Marc Scaringi was on the radio saying that Biden won Pennsylvania & litigation by the Trump campaign wouldn’t work.

Today, Scaringi will be in court on Trump’s behalf trying to block the state from certifying the results.

Meanwhile, #Rudy has asked a judge to let him appear in court for hearing that seeks to stop Pennsylvania from certifying its election results. This comes after multiple lawyers withdrew from the case.

Update: According to @lawfareblog Editor @benjaminwittes, #Rudy claims in his request to join Pennsylvania vote litigation that’s he’s a member in good standing of the D.C. Bar.
But his membership is apparently suspended for non-payment.

Here’s where things stand at 6:40 am ET.
*Joe Biden erases Donald Trump’s lead in Georgia. Biden now up by 1,096 votes.
*Trump’s lead in Pennsylvania shrinks to 18,229. Over 160,000 ballots uncounted.
*Biden still leads in Ariz. by 1.6% and Nevada by 0.9%

*Georgia officials say 10,000 absentee ballots are still uncounted, including 4,800 in Gwinnett County.
*Biden holds a very comfortable, 18-percentage-point lead in Gwinnett.
