Thank you, Mr. POTUS, you have given us what we dreamed of on @GenFlynn's behalf. We asked you to...

#PardonFlynnNow by a
#PardonOfInnocence

And now you have.

2) Consider the words, "It is my Great Honor..." A great wrong has finally been righted, and righted in the right way. Please take the time to read this statement in full.
3) There is one additional statement to slowly read in joy of celebration. It is the Flynn Family's Statement giving thanks for the return of their beloved brother.
4) Allow me to restate. From the moment the idiotic Logan Act Violation was first brought up, I knew, and instantly went on record, that General Flynn was 100% innocent. I knew and stated that the crimes were ONLY committed by those who falsely accused him.
5) I know and understand why the statement is now being made repeatedly that General Flynn should never have needed to be pardoned. I both agree, in part, and in far greater part disagree.
6) Here's where I agree. If you place pardon at the long end of a string of things each of which should never have happened, then its impossible to disagree. He should never have been surveilled or unmasked. He should never have been charged.
7) The mountains of Brady Material exculpatory evidence should never have been withheld. They should never have threatened his son, harassed his family, attempted to destroy his reputation.
8) Collusion between defense team - Covington Burling and Rob Kelner - and the Mueller Investigation's Prosecutorial team should never have occurred. We've never been given a reason behind Judge Contreras' recusal. Why did that happen? Contreras should never have had the case.
9) We now know that Judge Sullivan is one of the most corrupt judges in America, and he got the case next. That shouldn't have happened. Every unconstitutional, prejudicial act of Judge Sullivan's against Flynn should never have happened.
10) At any one of those points, this entire travesty of injustice should have been stopped. Once @SidneyPowell1 uncovered all the Brady Evidence and documented the egregious nature of the government's misconduct, the case should have been dropped.
11) In all, then, obviously, no pardon should be required. Thus, General Flynn, 100% innocent, should not have to be pardoned. We all have the right to be white hot angry over this 4-year debacle and evil. Raging, burning hot angry.
12) There is another side to this question. I will not get into any of the details - although I'll lead you to where you can find them! - but there are three problems need solving, even still. One is of definitions. Two is of Constitutional Law. Three is of DOJ practice.
13) We have defined the term pardon wrongly. And our definition is new, not adhering to old usage which was far wiser and better. This you must follow. You make an innocent move, say, you step forward innocently into the path of another person's march. What do you say?
14) You say, either 'excuse me' or 'pardon me.' Maybe even, 'pardon me please.' Why are you asking for a pardon? Due to the perfect innocence of your motion. There is NO implication of guilt in the request. Quite the contrary. It is a claim of innocence. Please ponder this.
15) Now place our current definition there. You cut the other person off to get in front of them in a queue. You are both rude and clearly guilty. You have, in this case, NO RIGHT OF PARDON. You may ask forgiveness and give up your spot in queue. But you can't ask for pardon.
16) The very term 'pardon me' rests upon the reality of innocence. If it was purposeful, you must ask forgiveness, NOT pardon. The old use of the term means that pardon is a shield of honor based upon perfect innocence. We seem to have lost this definition. I want it back.
17) Constitutionally, the power of pardon is vast. It was contested at the time due to its ancient history as a King's Right. It is the one Constitutional Power that brings our Chief Executive closest to Royal Rights and Prerogatives. It is a power to be feared.
18) Here's its name: Article II, Section 2, Clause 1. This is what it says:

"The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States...
19) "... he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices...
20) And here's all our Constitution says about pardons...

"and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."
21) Now obviously, @GenFlynn committed NO offense against the United States. Thus, he shouldn't need a pardon. Ah, but here's the flaw in our system. It does NOT address egregious government misconduct. How is a person to find protection against the government itself?
22) Stay with me on the logic. As written, the power of pardon offers our nation, in the person of our Chief Executive, the right of mercy. And it grants it at the highest level of sin, of offenses against the nation itself. That's a stunning thing.
23) What it fails to address is when the sinner is the government and the innocent is the accused. A pardon of innocence is NOT an act of mercy. It is, rather, an act of justice. It rights the wrongs of the empowered accusers, against the disempowered innocents.
24) I say we must eventually amend our Constitution to include the phrase, "or in the case of egregious government misconduct, in order to protect the innocent."

It would then read like this...
25) "and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment; or in the case of Egregious Government Misconduct, in order to Protect the Innocent."
26) I do assure you this. The DC Swamp KNOWS that pardons imply guilt and LOVE the power that gives them. If we would Drain The Swamp, we must address this failure within our Constitution.
27) The thing is, the Constitution itself need not be amended, good as that would be. Rather, when issuing a pardon, the terms "pardon of innocence" might be employed, and that's all we require! And yes, that is precisely what Trump did for Flynn!
28) Let's turn practical now. The DOJ has a place where pardons are handled, called The Office Of The Pardon Attorney. Check them out, here:

justice.gov/pardon
29) The most important information is located at their Standards For Consideration Of Clemency Petitioners.

Here:

justice.gov/pardon/about-o…
30) To get this right, please understand NONE of this is law. It is policy. Yes, the DOJ prosecutes cases via Federal Law. But, its offices such as this one practice policy. Policy is internally generated. No legislation of law is required. This is all POLICY, not law.
31) Now look at these terms:

* Consideration
* Clemency Petitioners

They give you consideration, if they decide to. And if they do, then you are seeking clemency. Mercy. You are seeking that the law be nullified by mercy, and you make your petition.
32) To get the flavor, consider this:

"As a general matter, in clemency cases the correctness of the underlying conviction is assumed, and the question of guilt or innocence is not generally at issue.
33) "However, if a petitioner refuses to accept guilt, minimizes culpability, or raises a claim of innocence or miscarriage of justice, the United States Attorney or Assistant Attorney General should address these issues."
24) Should address these issues. Can you hear it? You're not innocent. If you were, you wouldn't need clemency and you'd not be a petitioner. linger over the coming quotation...
25) "The United States Attorney or Assistant Attorney General can contribute significantly to the clemency process by providing factual information and perspectives about the offense of conviction that may not be reflected in the presentence or background investigation reports...
26) "or other sources, e.g., the extent of the petitioner's wrongdoing and the attendant circumstances, the amount of money involved or losses sustained, the petitioner's involvement in other criminal activity, the petitioner's reputation in the community and...
27) "when appropriate, the victim impact of the petitioner's crime. On occasion, the Pardon Attorney may request information from prosecution records that may not be readily available from other sources."
28) Can you feel it? Everything about these procedures assumes rank guilt. One more quote:

"In general, a pardon is granted on the basis of the petitioner's demonstrated good conduct for a substantial period of time after conviction and service of sentence."
29) Wait! Here's the very worst part of all:

"Acceptance of responsibility, remorse, and atonement. The extent to which a petitioner has accepted responsibility for his or her criminal conduct and made restitution to its victims are important considerations.
30) "A petitioner should be genuinely desirous of forgiveness rather than vindication. While the absence of expressions of remorse should not preclude favorable consideration, a petitioner's attempt to minimize or rationalize culpability does not advance the case for pardon.
31) "In this regard, statements made in mitigation (e.g., "everybody was doing it," or I didn't realize it was illegal") should be judged in context. Persons seeking a pardon on grounds of innocence or miscarriage of justice bear a formidable burden of persuasion."
32) Responsibility, Remorse, Atonement.

What are these words? They are religion, not law. They express the elevation of the State in all its power to Divinity.

My God Is The State.

That is what they say. Can you say blasphemy?
33) Please again note, there is either NO consideration of the grim possibility of government misconduct or the sternest standard of proof of innocence. Another point to linger upon. Proof of innocence.
34) The entire basis of law in these great United States is founded upon the PRESUMPTION of innocence. The Burden Of Proof is Always on the persecution and NEVER on the defense.
35) Twisting and distorting this entire practice of law, the DOJ inverts the presumption. You're guilty. If you wish a pardon, you must confess your guilt as if you were in a confessional box. Bow, and we may lighten your punishment. Zero presumption of innocence.
36) Where does all this leave us? First, be 100% clear, @GenFlynn is 100% innocent. Had the court ever acknowledged his Constitutional Right to the Presumption of Innocence, none of these evil things would have occured.
37) Second, please take this in. Our great POTUS had executed precisely that, a...

#PardonOfInnocence
38) It's time to get this right. Our government, our DC Swamp uses every tool it has to steal America away from us.
39) With tremendous great thanks I am thrilled to accept ou general back. The charges were wrong all along.
40) Yet still, I want more. I want a nation where things like this can't happen. A true and free America. I want to know my children will be safe where we were not.
Thread ends at #40.

The House That Innocence Built

It will take quite a while for the meaning of the past couple days' events to sink in. A great shift in the forcefield of America has occurred.

Flynn is free. It was his innocence freed him.
2) In his joyous tweet but cautionary tweet, General Flynn points us to an extraordinary passage from the Old Testament. I didn't realize that this is a very traditional Thanksgiving Day passage until researching it just now. Here it is, in full..
3) Let the sea roar and the fulness thereof: let the fields rejoice and all that is therein. Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the Lord, because he cometh to judge the earth. O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

@tracybeanz Fights For America At EvidenceInfo@protonmail.com

I've known Tracy for a few years now, maybe 2 or 3. You can judge how well you know her, yourself, by how much you know about Helga. It's okay if you don't, but Helga is awesome.
2) And no, don't ask, I'll say no more on that point! We must turn from playful joy to hellaciously sad seriousness now. What is this mission of Tracy's? Voter fraud. If we are to save America from the utter destruction of our democracy, we must document voter fraud.
3) In today's thread, I'll quote Tracy's words, and then respond to each of her tweets. Here's what she tells us defines her mission.

@SidneyPowell1's Mission to #SaveAmerica

Something incredible happened yesterday. We discovered America's single most important story, and Sidney Powell is its hero. At her side are @GenFlynn and @tracybeanz.

#TrumpWonByALandslide
2) We all know it. We know that @realDonaldTrump won the election. The clear count shows him now at nearing 74 million votes. I hear numbers like 410 Electoral College votes, more and more. And yet the hoax of Biden's victory stomps forward.
3) I retweeted yesterday's thread at the beginning of today's analysis. Here's why. What we find - and I explain in that that thread - is that the government is no longer equipped to true itself, to true the vote. If this vote is to be counted rightly, we need a hero to help us.

@SidneyPowell1 Represents Us

#ITrustSidney #SidneyPowellRepresentsMe

What an amazing American Story. First she gives her all to saving @GenFlynn. Then she turns to fight the swamp over the greatest election steal ever.

2) To my understanding, here's how the story begins. Rudy and Jenna decided to post a notification which, on first blush, looks like they're distancing themselves and the campaign from Sidney.

3) What a phenomenal development. There are two immediate interpretations that arise. First, Jenna and Rudy appear to distance themselves from Sidney's work. Second, as opposed to distancing themselves, they are actually putting Sidney forward. Again, what a story!

Vote Fraud Too Big To Notice - Or, The Fix Is In

If you haven't watched @SidneyPowell1's interview in full, all 20 minutes, you'll be simply blown away when you do. I had to watch it twice, with many pauses for notes.

2) The worst thing I see on FOX, in the few minutes we may still turn to it, is when commentators scoff over Cuba, China, Venezuela and HugO Chavez. I want to shout at them: SCOFFING IS NOT AN ARGUMENT!!!
3) Sidney has established that the Dominion software was made at Hugo Chavez' specification in order to ensure he won every election. What I'd like to know of these TV scoffers is, what part of that is hard to believe? I can offer my own theory on point.

@GenFlynn is Holding The Line

Allow me to start with a regret. I met General Flynn in person for lunch once, just the two of us, but I failed to request a snapshot. I can share this. He loves grilled cheese sandwiches.

2) While I've discussed this many times, I hope some of you will do your homework with the following extraordinary document. Read it. If, like me, you're old school, print it out. You need this information!

online.wsj.com/public/resourc…
3) Context matters. General Flynn is, and bar none, the greatest intelligence innovator since WWII. If you read the document, you are going to see history in the very making. General Flynn personally made information technology a weapon in the arsenal of freedom.
