Roman sites like the Colosseum carry a very odd energy. At one time, crowds sat there baying for the blood of humans who were fighting in the arena. Many died unnatural deaths there and nobody lives there
Each place has its own vicitra veerya.

For example some cities are full of people who are engaged in a forgetfulness of the true purpose of life and are only engaged in buying and selling.
Eventually they buy and sell humans too (not in the literal sense.. but there is a barter system in place)

Anyone who comes there becomes engaged in that very same ideology no matter how much they fight it (a few recognise this system straight off and leave, others don’t and get caught and become part of that system)

You go to a cemetery. There is a silence there. But still, if you spend too much time there, you will find strange thoughts come to you.
Thoughts which are headless almost..
(The learned say that many a time, the dead are not at peace)

Special energy.
Perhaps a learned person would explain the energy thus:
Those already who lost a lot trying to influence the ones going there to lose a lot and join them too.

Many think that this does not matter.
However, the problem is thus:
The infinity which is the Universe has a presence in certain spaces BUT since you are a finite person trying to engage in a life bringing finite results, going to places like that might end up destroying you.

This is not true of all places at least not all the time.
BUT it is true of certain places like this at CERTAIN times and for SOME people.
Those with Ketu Moon combinations may be (that’s may be) prone (like a famous actor and actress on my ArtJyotish blog)...

In the old days, spiritual people would sometimes wear a hood of silk or other special material (never leather)...
This would block the vibrational influence of the place to some extent.
The same is true of ash from homa.

The same is the reason why it’s useful to wash your feet before entering your houses.
The vibrational influence of a place can remain with people long after they have left it. (That’s perhaps why people go down the path of self destruction despite all intellect to the contrary)

One way of increasing the positive energy of your aura is to chant Hanuman chalisa:
