The green movement will tell you wind/solar means we can stop using fossil fuels. But is electricity generation the main use of fossil fuels?
So why the push to use government to force the purchase of green products (70% of which are made in China)?
Well... who sits on the board of these companies? Who owns stock? How much did these companies give in campaign contributions?
They need land (millions of acres) for wind and solar farms. Who owns the land? Who gets tax credits? Who gets leasing rights?
Who will install all these solar panels? Sure- that's jobs. I love jobs. But are we using government to force the employment of one sector? Why not use government to hire ditch diggers and fillers. I'll start that company tomorrow if I can force a government contract...
These past 4 years under @realDonaldTrump we've: 1- Become energy independent
2-Become the worlds leader oil/gas producer
3-Lowered our emissions and pollution
Instead of CELEBRATE that, the tired, boring left repeats the #climatechange threat of yesteryear.
It's not because of the planet. It's not because of any "existential crisis". It's because there's money to be made. Wall Street funds the climate studies AND the green companies which happen to be the solution to their studies.
Just watch... watch these next 4 years. Watch who gets rich, who gets power and influence, watch the solutions which John Kerry and his ilk prescribe.
And we can all become California: super expense with intermittent electricity.

.@BretBaier just did a segment on increasing tension with Tehran. I’m sure Joe Biden would tell you he knows what to do. But think about it:
When Iran revolution happened Joe Biden was already in his second term in the Senate. His whole DC career he’s talked about #MiddleEast peace. And what has he accomplished?
And today in America a white billionaire named Tom Steyer can run for President with a fortune made off the backs of 9-year old chinese girls working in coal mines while stopping Native American from working in coal here and yammering about #ClimateChange
Today in America Michael Bloomberg worth $60billion can have 14 homes and private jets & helicopters... but he’ll he damned if a 4th generation Navajo in Farmington, NM works in a coal mine on his ancestral land.
Besides the story itself being a lie, the other lie is how many people are within earshot of POTUS. 4 “sources” all claim firsthand knowledge? That means they heard it. I call that a lie. More:
I worked for Bush and volunteered to do advanced for event. The number of people close enough to him backstage, in private, able to hear private conversations was probably 6. Laura. CofS. @DanaPerino etc. More:
You know how HARD it is to get close to the President? To get in a room with him? Who are all these scores of unknown people sitting at the table?? 😂😂first thing Bush or the Chief would say is: um, who are you?
My family went often to see cousins in Ireland. In early 2000's one complained "it's not the same. You don't see the thatch roofs and the peet stoves. You don't see the carriages and herds of sheep. It's all built up now."
My Uncle replied brilliantly:
Yeah, how dare the Irish ruin our vacation with their desire to live in the modern world. They should stay forever in the past."
That's my attitude towards #PebbleMine. There's a ton of misinformation (it's "near" Bristol Bay 😂). But the most concerning thing is this: Alaska is not your vacation spot. It's not a big state park which should live frozen to reserve our memories
