- Swaminathan Committee formed by Manmohan Singh, submitted 5 recommendations during Dec'2004 to Oct'2006 to UPA government.
- UPA brought 'National Policy For Farmers 2007' but didn't included 'Swaminathan Committee' recommendations.
- In 2008, "Bhartiya Kisan Union" staged protests & demanded for increased 'MSP' & allow Private Companies to procure wheat.
- 'Sharad Pawar' as the Agriculture Minister wrote to CMs in August 2010 to undertake APMC reforms to encourage participation of private sector.
- Not just 2010, Mr Pawar as agriculture minister wrote another letter to all CMs in November 2011 talking about the need for such reforms.
- In Dec 2012, Congress leader 'Kapil Sibal', spoke on agriculture reforms and the need for a legislation in parliament.
- All Congress ruled states will delist fruits and vegetables from APMC Act to lower prices, 'Rahul Gandhi' assured in press-conference.
- Before 2019 elections, Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) demanded to, Liberate farmers from Arhtiyas, Abolish APMC Act, Abolish Essential Commodities Act etc.
- Congress in 2019 manifesto, promised abolition of 'APMC Act' and making agricultural produce free from restrictions.
- Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) praised Congress & Rahul Gandhi, gave open support to them in 2019 elections. BKU voiced for "Go Back Modi" campaign.
But ...

Modi became PM again in 2019 & later implemented all Farm Reforms as stated & promised above. Now BKU & Congress both are protesting against it ...

War started between Iz'lamic republic #Azerbaijan & C'hrist'ian republic #Armenia. Armenia repelling Azeris Effectively. Image
#Erdogan says Turkey is ready to help Azerbaijan in every possible way against Armenia. Turkey mobilizing troops to border with Armenia to help Azerbaijan. And this is where the Kurdish #PKK will enter the fight.
There are several #Turkısh military units in #Azerbaijan for a month. PM of Armenia calls on citizens to prepare to 'defend the sacred homeland'. On the other hand, #Russia sent military advisers, many equipment's & mercenaries to support #Armenia.
