Concentrated forces. The entirety of your forces dedicated to conquering 1 goal at a time
This allows you conquer bigger cities (goals)

Steamroll through an entire market/niche

Then place people in charge to maintain the city, run the operation & systems (delegation)

Then the conquest campaign continues

Onto the next city
There is so much weakness in various markets due to people scattering their forces

Expanding their income sources not through delegation & leveraging money

But through their time & energy. Divided in multiple projects

It’s like dividing your army to go after separate cities
- People running multiple side hustles

- Job & side hustle

- Multiple brands

- People who achieved some results then take it easy

There is so much weakness in the market & anyone with concentrated forces will defeat the divided

The divided are easy to conquer
Set a target city (goal)

Prepare plan of attack

Steamroll the industry. Appear everywhere & overwhelm the market

Majority market share belongs to you

Set up systems & delegations for others to run the city

Repeat the process
⚔️ Steamroll the competition does not mean to go after the competition

Win over their people by supplying the demand they half ass

People find what works & stop innovating

Observe your niche, read what people are saying they like & don’t like
⚔️ Strike where they are weak

This is what I’ve done. Noticed what was lacking in the market in supplied it

Don’t strike where they are strong

(Copying what they do best & trying to do it better)

Win the people you win the market

Ignore the competition, focus on the people
To conquer a city set a vision to conquer the world

What is a milestone for the successful is the destination for most

If the city (goal) is the be all end all, it is too significant & intimidating

If it’s just one of many steps needed forward it becomes less intimidating
Where attention goes energy flows

Those divided in their attention weaken their energy which weakens their intention

Follow the trend until the trend follows you

At first they follow you for the topic they're interested in

You'll grow on them

Then YOU become the topic they're more interested in

Like close friends

WHAT you're doing can be anything, what matters more is that it's with them
This is why people who go directly into vlogging

Or directly into a blog about everything they want to talk about

Almost always fail

Unless they're world class at what they do, extremely attractive, or are friends with famous people
Pick a niche within a niche to start

You'll get exposure & rank easier
You'll know lingo
You'll provide value delivering on that topic they're interested in

Expand to the full niche with complimenting topics once you have a decent following

Then eventually YOU become a niche
