The Local govt office close to me alway had crowd since I can remember in 2018

- use of other govt database

1. First @NgComCommission confirms that we have 207 million subscribers. This tells us that between 79 to 89% of ....

4. Use the biometric data to generate every citizens NIN.

8. Print permanent NIN cards to replace slips.
9. Deliver 40% of cards through @NipostNgn increasing govt revenue and 60% thru private courier.
