Did We Declare War Against China In November?

I was tagged on a video that's going round this morning. It's got our new, very strange friend Simon Parks, Charlie Ward, and a gal, don't know her last name, named Danielle.

2) I'll turn to some context in a moment, and we'll walk through some of the information together today as well. But first, here's the simple bottomline. If you look up EO 13959, you'll find it declares a national emergency as a direct response to Chinese threat.

3) I won't get into the weeds of its legalese, but I sure hope others will. Also, I'm only a couple of minutes into the podcast, and as we work together this morning, I'll finish watching it with you, and comment. Right now, I'm going to quote from the first part of the order.

4) This is the key action:

"To protect the United States homeland and the American people, I hereby declare a national emergency with respect to this threat."

5) Let's consider just that much. This was signed on November 11, 2020. Today is January 12, 2021. Why? Why is this the first time I've heard of any of this? That's a far more significant question than it may at first seem. We, me, I myself, we miss the obvious.

6) Perhaps someone has already done the following. Is there a website that published every single Executive Order Trump signed into effect? I don't know. Damn. I'll go look and see if I can't find one. Hold my coffee...

7) Yes, friends, I am breaking my own no links rule. My judgement is that my risk of Twitter censure is very low over each of this links. So, I'm rightly or wrongly willing to take that risk. If you click on link above, here's what you'll see at bottom of first page.

8) There are 176 pages' worth of actions. Every single one of those actions was worthy of following, of analyzing, of understanding. I feel like I just discovered the Pacific Ocean, having no idea it was there. The guy actually did that was Ferdinand Magellan. Alas.

9) When was it, a week ago?, that I read my very first Executive Order, ever, #13848. It's from September 12, 2018. I had no idea it occured. Wasn't watching. Didn't pay the slightest bit of attention. We've discussed it before, but it is newly pertinent. I quote...

10) "I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections...

11) "...including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States."

12) A tapestry is made of threads. EOs 13848 and 13959 are two strands is a vast and amazing tapestry. They obviously relate to each other. I wonder. Is there a historian who specializes in Executive Orders, in analyzing each presidency by the orders it generates?

17) "...which would permit China to track the locations of Federal employees and contractors, and build dossiers of personal information."

18) When I was in college, I majored in the broad arena called Social Science, and my special focus was on Psychology and History. Can you imagine if in the early 1980s one of my professors had turned my onto EOs as an area of study?

19) It's not much of a resource, but this Wiki article does list out every single EO, starting with 13765 signed January 20, 2017, and ending, so far, with 13972 signed January 8, 2021.

21) Just had to include this last. Dating back to February 10, 2017, it's anything but new. Yet, it's a good story, and from our friends over at CNN. They already knew back then to watch Trump's orders and memorandums.

22) Here's their close: "Getting straight to business on Inauguration Day, Trump immediately signed an order instructing federal agencies to weaken Obamacare. Not since Bill Clinton in 1993 had an incoming president signed an executive order on his first day in office."

23) I have to ask. What's the story behind the first one, EO 13765? Who was involved? Why that one, and not another? Why on his first day in office? Did it work? That's merely the first story of 147. What might each of these 147 stories teach us?

24) I'm about to head back over to today's focus, EO 13959. But I must discuss our source now. Specifically, Simon Parkes. He knows aliens, personally. But by all means, do NOT take my word for it. Take his own words, and the first he tells us.

25) Simon says: "Simon Parkes is a life long experiencer of aliens, shadow people, elementals and ufo's, these include Mantid (Mantis) beings, Draconis Reptilian, Feline, small and tall Grey creatures, Crystalline beings and other creatures that can't be identified."

26) This brings us to a very important point. Let's imagine Simon to be wired, totally insane, yes? A bent mind believing utter falsehoods. Mind, I'm NOT saying that's true. I don't know. It may well be that area 51 is the most important treasure trove of information we have.

27) Pasquale? Pasquale couldn't care less. Sure, it shocks me at first but shame on me. Seriously. What a person believes, right or wrong, has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with whether their information or analysis is right or wrong on any substantive point.

28) The point is larger than Simon Parkes. What if CNN reported an important story? I would NEVER reject the story due to the source. This is a principle with me. It is NOT the source that determines the value of a story. This focus is destructive. Rather it is the story, itself!

29) Finally, we return to EO 13959. I'll now put it in my own words. China stole our election. The Democrat Party is their hired outfit. Their candidate, Joe, is the most compromised candidate in American history. He is owned by China. Owned. Please hear that.

30) There's no need, ZERO need to prove that. You just need to follow the money. I won't linger. From 1989 and Bush 41, China has eaten American dollars for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They're using OUR money against us, now.

31) The key to all of this is the PLA. The Chinese People's' Liberation' Army. Listen to Trump now, carefully, from 13589:

"I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the People’s Republic of China (PRC) is increasingly exploiting United States...

32) "capital to resource and to enable the development and modernization of its military, intelligence, and other security apparatuses, which continues to allow the PRC to directly threaten the United States homeland and United States forces overseas...

33) "...including by developing and deploying weapons of mass destruction, advanced conventional weapons, and malicious cyber-enabled actions against the United States and its people.

34) "Key to the development of the PRC’s military, intelligence, and other security apparatuses is the country’s large, ostensibly private economy. Through the national strategy of Military-Civil Fusion, the PRC increases the size of the country’s military-industrial complex...

35) "...by compelling civilian Chinese companies to support its military and intelligence activities. Those companies, though remaining ostensibly private and civilian, directly support the PRC’s military, intelligence...

36) "...and security apparatuses and aid in their development and modernization.

At the same time, those companies raise capital by selling securities to United States investors that trade on public exchanges both here and abroad...

37) "...lobbying United States index providers and funds to include these securities in market offerings, and engaging in other acts to ensure access to United States capital.

38) "In that way, the PRC exploits United States investors to finance the development and modernization of its military.

39) "I therefore further find that the PRC’s military-industrial complex, by directly supporting the efforts of the PRC’s military, intelligence, and other security apparatuses...

40) "...constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat, which has its source in substantial part outside the United States, to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.

41) "To protect the United States homeland and the American people, I hereby declare a national emergency with respect to this threat."

42) I still haven't gotten back to Simon, Charlie, and Danielle post minute 2 in their podcast. I will, and you should too. However, my business day intrudes. I'll be back after 12:00 EST to finish up today's work. But I'll offer a thought path for now, before I go.

43) In EO 13589, Trump tells us without qualifier. The enemy is China. If you wish to understand how our election was stolen, look no further. China stole America's election 2020. Joe Biden is owned by China. Owned.

45) Our friends abroad, Simon, Charlie, and Danielle are clearly onto something here. Let's try to catch up.

46) After many hours of work, I return in hopes of completion. We pick up with Simon, Charlie, and Danielle at about 4:00 minutes into their podcast. They're predicting a Chinese market collapse. I went to check just now, 4:45ish PM, and all I see is NYT reporting on Chuck.

47) Kevin McCarthy shows up, and he's torn over whether he should just support the impeachment or ask Trump to resign. I see nothing on an implementation of EO 13589, yet, or any impact on Chinese markets.

48) The theory is that declaration of war with CCP globalizes the current situation and creates the for martial law here. A discussion ensues about both North Korea's role and the Three Gorges Dam. The call is also for the media to go down at the same time. Well, first.

49) The call is for the emergency broadcast system to be installed, under something called Project Odin. Charlie tells us that there is a tiny number of people - he says just six - controlling the entire global media. Thus, the takedown he says is not not difficult.

50) Simon tells us that Nancy is not fast tracking impeachment, and Trump is playing to that with his demeanor. Charlie then discusses arrogant complacency, behind the other side's entire set of steps now.

51) Simon turns topic to electronic war. He calls for something from Space Force to execute it. Danielle lays out the readiness by way of the EOs empowering the kinetic action necessary.

52) Dr. Charlie tells us he is setting up his own platform for communication and his own servers. Conversation turns. Watching everyone, Danielle tells us she's in the Netherlands, and there, the communist message of the CCP is put forward as a good thing. They all agree.

53) Dr. Charlie brings up FOX and how they're flipflopping, attempting to play both sides. Danielle discusses the difficulty of seeing who are White Hats as opposed to Black Hats. Interestingly, Danielle tells us don't be scared. She uses a delightful phrase.

54) She tells us we'll be facing 4D chaos while a 5D heaven on earth so we may be liberated. We head in toward the close with a "tacit nod" from Russia that it will not take sides against us in the coming conflict. They laugh at Merkel's expense and that Putin and Trump are good.

55) Simon reminds us of the de-Nazification program after the fall of the 3rd Reich, and states we'll need the same kind of program again.

And Dr. Charlie ends up promising to get this out, calling this very, very important news.

This leads me to my problem with all this.

56) When news is about what will occur, what is it when that information turns our wrong? What if there is no global conflagration in these final days before January 20? I'd be far happier were this called an intelligence report than in calling it news.

57) It's not news, but I will report that @KateScopelliti has far greater faith in Trump's direct action to cure the stolen election than I do. Here's a for instance. She sees Trump's meeting with Pence yesterday under the "keep your friends close, your enemies closer" category.

58) When I saw Trump's video, as some will recall, I thought it was a concession speech and accepted it as such. Kate did not, and led me to reform my reading. We did watch the first half or so of Tucker last night. Judge Jeanine made reference to that speech as a concession.

59) I am forced to ask, how long do you get to go play acting that you're down before you actually are down? But then there is the ocean of Executive Orders I discovered. There is this tapestry of policy laid down. 13949 on November 12, 2020 especially.

60) If you follow me, you know I tend to personalize everything. Here I go again. Why didn't I know that I was supposed to read all 147 of Trump's Executive Orders before this morning? Do the math. Over his term, that's ONLY 3 per month.

61) I won't confess to overwhelm, although I do admit I feel a bit of that. My emotion right now ties to our 3 friends from the podcast. They're so anxious for action that for them World War IV will be a good thing. Maybe they're right. I can accept the possibility.

62) But the humanity in my soul says that where fighting a war to win it is a good thing, the war itself is not. War is not good. War is bad. That, for me, is a smell test simplicity. We're one week away from a fraudulent presidency ascending, and our answer is world war?

63) I think there's one thing we have to establish right now, these days ahead in front of the 20th. How we got here was not good. We win an election in a landslide. That victory is stolen. The vast lie is propagated outside our power to stop it. That is not a good thing.

64) Now we face a unified enemy within. Media, Courts, Legislatures all. I am absolutely that conspiracy theory idiot who sees it all as a grand, yes, conspiracy. I do. I do not apologize for that in spite of the fact that to my knowledge, I've never met an alien.

65) I keep hearing a new number being settled upon. We MAGA voters seem to be counted as 75 million. I accept that number, happily. My question is always about the next day, the day after. My eye is on January 21, 2021. What if Joe and Jill walk into the Oval Office that morning?

66) If they do, then EO 13959 will not have succeeded. It will have been ordered, but not executed. That, my friends, is a very real threat. I am NOT making that call, mind you. Should it occur, I will not take any gleeful laps for having called it. I don't want it to happen.

67) And I am NOT calling it, either. I do think I'm an idiot. I'm just Kate's idiot and she remains completely confident in our leader and his ability to cure this stolen election. So, I'm absolutely NOT making a call. I am simply analyzing about Executive Orders.

68) There can be no doubt, Trump knew the name of his enemy those 9 days after his stolen election. China. It's been said again and again. Let's repeat. China stole our election. Now it's a fact that Kevin McCarthy is trying to sell his buddies that he can get Trump to resign.

69) Perhaps life is precisely that weird. Perhaps the guy who speaks to aliens is exactly the right guy to translate today's events into actionable information for us. Perhaps tomorrow's EO 13959 World War IV will redeem us all. Perhaps. If so, then...

70) Then assuming I am still alive, I will know that I should have known to study Executive Orders. Action? That's not so difficult. You just do it. Word? Much more difficult. Will your action and its outcomes match your word? Now that's a question for a man's entire life.
