The Justice System Is Going Too Easy on the White Insurrectionists

The vast majority of those 800 criminals were white, which means the vast majority are walking around free, at least for now.

Only around 125 people have been arrested so far.

#MOG

People at Justice are leaking to the press that they’re worried that bringing cases against these people would “overwhelm” the courts

That’s an absurd claim.

Every criminal court in a major metropolitan area in this country is “overwhelmed” with cases...
Most arrested have been released... WHY?

Every single person who breached the Capitol that day committed a crime. Every single person who breached the Capitol is, presumably, on video, captured by security cameras, committing that crime.

Impeachment officer details the case against Trump as the second trial begins

“... That being a despot, drunk with power, trying to keep his grip on power and using the people of this country to try and stage an insurrection."

#MOG rawstory.com/impeachment-of…
Trump has engaged in a prolonged effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election and spent months spreading disinformation and the results falsely claiming that he had won by a landslide," she explained. "He stated it would be illegitimate to accept those results”

PREMEDITATED ATTACK

He brought individuals to #DC on Jan. 6

[It] was an extremely important date in his mind and in our Constitution's time, because there was a time where the entire body of Congress along with the VP would be present at the Capitol to fulfill our duties

#DOJ can still pursue charges against #Manafort #Stone #Bannon

"It is rare that a prosecutor charges all such counts that could be charged, as it would overwhelm a jury and is unnecessary to increasing a sentence upon conviction”

#MOG
rawstory.com/trump-pardons-…
With #Bannon, there were specific pardons "under chapter 95 of title 18 of the #US Code (basically racketeering type charges)," he wrote.

Those aren't all of the charges against Bannon and it certainly doesn't cover additional federal crimes like "mail and wire fraud."

#MOG
#Manafort pleaded to a superseding information containing two conspiracy charges

The underlying indictment — containing numerous crimes from money laundering, witness tampering, violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act — now open to prosecution as there was no conviction

INSURRECTIONISTS ARE CO-CONSPIRATORS

They should Not Sit in Judgment of Trump

#JohnDean

#Hawley #Cruz #Graham #Johnson and others who pushed the big lie are co-conspirators and should not sit in judgment of Trump, rather they MUST BE DISQUALIFIED!

#MOG commondreams.org/news/2021/01/2…
RT@StevenBeschloss

Are the Senators who voted to overturn the election results and particularly Hawley and Cruz who helped incite insurrection going to be permitted to vote in the trial to convict Trump?

#MOG Image
RT@snark_land

So many of the GOP Senators (e.g. #Graham #TedCruz, #Hawley, etc.) were complicit in Trump's Big Lie and the instigation and provocation of insurrection, we need to DEMAND their recusal from the Impeachment Trial.

If they won't, we need to charge as conspirators.

#DOJ considering letting some of the Capitol invaders walk without charges

WHY... BECAUSE THEY ARE WHITE? They participated in a coup!!!

WILL THE NOW EPONGE ALL THE #BLM PROTESTERS FROM LAST SUMMER TOO?

#MOG

rawstory.com/capitol-coup-2…
"That debate comes at a time when officials are keenly sensitive that the credibility of the #DOJ and the #FBI are at stake in such decisions, given the apparent security and intelligence failures that preceded the riot... “
"Federal officials estimate that roughly 800 people surged into the building," [some] were not engaged in violent, threatening or destructive behavior — should not be charged”

What???

I think anybody that entered the secured area around the building should be arrested.

New financial report shows Trump's businesses are trashed

His businesses are ravaged by pandemic shutdowns and restrictions, with revenue plunging more than 40% at his Doral golf property, his Washington hotel, and both his Scottish resorts

#MOG americanindependent.com/financial-repo…
The National Doral Golf Club outside of Miami, his biggest moneymaker, took in $44.2 million in revenue, a drop of $33 million from 2019

Trump International Hotel in DC, once buzzing with lobbyists and diplomats, generated just $15.1 million in revenue, down 60% from last year.
Trump's Turnberry club in Scotland took in less than $10 million, down more than 60%

Revenue at the family's golf club in Aberdeen also dropped by roughly the same proportion
