1. List domestic terrorist groups and then establish who are members and ban them from all firearms possession. Charge anyone selling or giving them guns or ammo and a lifetime ban from NFA licensing. List QAnon, Proud Boys, Boogaloos and all violent group. Disarm them. @NRA
2. We have this statute on the book: 18 U.S. Code § 2386 - "Registration of certain organizations." Give every group 30 days to be in full compliance or then start charging the leaders. Amend the statute to get the member list not just contributors.
3. Make a law to post the members so employers can weed them out of their organizations. They have no right to a job. Any law enforcement or military members should be terminated. #ThisIsNotADrill. You can all thank @mtgreenee and @laurenboebert when your gun lives are destroyed.

1. We must address whether the members of the @SenateGOP @HouseGOP who have not denounced the "stop the steal" big lie are currently inciting insurrection. Their failure to denounce Trump continues to feed the flames of the Trump insurrection so they must be charged.
2. If they are afraid for their lives because they have joined a criminal conspiracy that they fear will turn on them if they try to leave, they are no more sympathetic than any organized crime member. But they can resign and simply leave the public eye. Find a place to hide.
3. But if they continue to publicly enable Trump's call to attack the US, they are criminally complicit, and the insurrection will not end. They can and must be charged with incitement of insurrection that carries up to 10 years. Even if they get no prison time conviction bars

Court let two counts stand against Trump.

1. All those who attacked the Capitol deserve to be punished. Period. But with thousands of potential defendants, the Speedy Trial Act is a problem. It generally requires trial in 70 days for serious misdemeanors or felonies. But Congress can act to appoint temporary Magistrate
2. Judges to conduct proceedings remotely for the least criminal liable defendants. Every trespasser gets a criminal record if convicted. The ones who don't take a general plea offer of guilty or no contest to a trespassing charge are then put in the trial bucket that may result
