Today a LAPD Hollywood sergeant emailed me to have an interview regarding a complaint. But I have an *active complaint* against this sergeant.

LAPD sends supervisor to interview complainant, when the complainant has an active complaint against that supervisor. LAPD is either grossly incompetent, or they’ve got a big set of balls.

Using an officer to handle an LAPD complaint case (when the subject has a complaint against that officer) can be seen as intimidation. It may not have been meant that way, but people will perceive it that way.

Why is the Hollywood station even involved? I filed a complaint. Send it to Internal Affairs & they’ll interview me.
Hollywood is sticking their nose into a process that doesn’t need to include them. And their sergeants are insufferable. All they do is run interference.
