The 6 new Federal Polytechnics established by the Federal Government in 2020 are located in Kaltungo, Gombe State; Ayede in Oyo State; Daura in Katsina State; Shendam in Plateau State; Ohodo in Enugu State, and Ugep in Cross River State.
The 6 new Federal Colleges of Education are located in Odugbo, Benue State; Isu, Ebonyi State; Ekiadolor, Edo State; Gidan Madi, Sokoto State; Jama’are, Bauchi State, and Iwo in Osun State.
In 2020, approval was granted to @TETFundNg to disburse a total of N395,032,375,000 for the development of infrastructure & capacity development of personnel in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. This is aside from the budgetary allocations & Revitalization funds to universities.
In 2020, @NigEducation awarded over 2,294 scholarships in Nigerian Universities to indigent and gifted scholars.
The Federal Government is also grateful to Morocco, the Russian Federation, Hungary, China, some Commonwealth countries, Romania, and Egypt who have awarded scholarships to Nigerian students to study in
their countries.

The 5,000 BPD Refinery being commissioned today by Pres. Buhari will produce 271m liters of petroleum product annually. Since it commenced evacuation of products in Nov 2020, it has already delivered 5 million litres of product into the Nigerian market, according to the company.
The next phase of this Project will be a 45,000 BPD Refinery, with a completion timeline of 24-30months. When completed, the Refinery will utilize 16 million barrels of crude oil annually, according to @wabote_simbi, Executive Secretary of @OfficialNCDMB

The Managing Director of Julius Berger revealed that the company has introduced a new innovative Cold Recycling method of constructing roads in Nigeria, which is being used for the first time in Nigeria for the ongoing reconstruction of Abuja-Kaduna-Zaria-Kano dual carriageway.
He listed the benefits of Cold Recycling as achieving shorter construction time, conservation of resources, cost effectiveness, enhanced road safety and environmental friendliness.
