We have a team of 24 working on @Pan_Quake. Our architecture was completed Oct-Dec 2020. Build started Dec-Jan. The $$ being donated to us have cemented our ability to complete a Beta product.

The phase 1 funding paid for the nuts and bolts, but our staff are all volunteers so the length of the build phase will ultimately depend on whether we are able to raise more funds & employ our developers full time. We will launch a new crowdfunder for that purpose soon.

Each dev that we can convert from volunteering a few hours per week to working for us 40 hrs per week will dramatically decrease the build time. As we don't know how many we can do that with yet we haven't set a fixed delivery date. Instead, we're reporting progress monthly

The first monthly delivery meeting is scheduled for February 27th and will be hosted by yours truly. (A few cool people may appear with me also :))

At that meeting we'll give details of this month's progress and set deliverables for next month.

As for sustainability planning (which is how I describe architecting a system that can't be taken down by Big Brother) this has been a key consideration for us from day 1. All aspects of our system have been designed to be 'hardened' against any possible state attack vector.

We have people on our team who are world experts in bypassing state-level censorship including at DNS level. We've also made sure our operations, hosting & user subscription funds will be outside of the reach of malicious lawsuits by censorship-happy states/entities

It's sane to take the resources and reach of the Empire seriously. And I don't blame people for being disillusioned, or thinking they can't be beat. But remember, WikiLeaks.org is still available to this very day. After 10 years of them trying to take it down.

So there *are* ways and means, technologically, of ensuring that networks continue to operate and that data persists.

Even if the key figures involved end up paying a really high price for their integrity and humanity. Such as Assange and even some of our staff already have
