He quoted a radio talk show host. And now impeachment is a dirty word. 🙄

David Schoen's fallacious arguments against impeachment on jurisdiction or textual grounds—universally rejected by conlaw scholars—are just confusing and dense enough to give weak Republican Senators their pretext to avoid convicting Trump.

Remember, Republicans delayed the trial so Trump would BE out of office. So the entire argument is a farce.
